Explosion Proof Electric Actuator with CSA certificates for Zone and Division system

 

DCL explosion proof electric actuators have been issued CSA certificates per CSA/UL standards. Actuators are applicable to explosive atmospheres and hazardous locations, for both Zone and Division system.

 

Grades

Class I, Division 1, Groups C and D T5/T6

Ex db IIC T5/T6 Gb

Class I, Zone 1, AEx db IIC T5/T6 Gb

 

 

Features of DCL explosion proof electric actuator

  • Super compact design with electrical/mechanical limits
  • Self-locking all metal gear chain
  • Cylinder stop type connection surfaces to ensure flame proof gap and length
  • Sealing grade IP68/NEMA 4X
  • Ambient temperature: -25℃(-13F) to 55℃(131F)
  • Hard die cast aluminum alloy housing, C3 level corrosion resistance with powder coated
  • Non-ventilated heavy duty motor with fire treatment and thermal overload protection
  • One control pack integrates kinds of input signals (4-20mA/2-10V/1-5V etc.), which can be easily calibrated per field requirements
  • Passed strict environmental adaptability tests, such as temperature and humidity alternating test, vibration test, salt spray test and impact test etc
  • Passed strict electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) tests, such as 4000V surge, 4000V EFT and 4000V ESD test
  • Handwheel and anti-condensation heater are optional
